Please note there have been significant changes to the delivery terms. In a nut shell to keep the cost the same we have been forced to switch back to boxes and the dispatch and delivery times have gone out significantly.

We offer free delivery to much of the UK, unfortunately certain parts of the UK incur significant surcharges. We currently ship free of charge to zones A and B only. Orders from other Zones will be cancelled and the money returned promptly. The map below should help you identify which zone you are in but please be aware it hasn't been drawn particularly accurately and you are advised to check the post code listing below.

WorkingHPRs understands that it is not always possible to be at home to receive deliveries. We can organise for the couriers to leave the goods at a location of your choice, however it must be understood that this is entirely at the customers risk and WorkingHPRs accept no responsibility for any goods being stolen.

Orders are now being dispatched in cardboard boxes.

Orders may take up to three working days before being dispatched, weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days (i.e. an order placed at 3pm on Friday might not be dispatched until Wednesday the following week). Delivery is usually five working days from dispatch but can occasionally take a little longer. Please contact me if you haven't received your goods within seven working days of placing your order so that I can chase it with Golden Acres.

Order completed (and the corresponding emails you will receive) means that I have placed the order with Golden Acres and we are then waiting for UK mail to deliver it. I have no means of automatically tracking orders and where they are in the UK mail network.
